Just a mixture of things I'm trying out. Sometimes it feels good to show where you are currently at, rather than worry about everything being polished and perfect. Any feedback is always welcome

Blue swirly portal. A common effect but still cool. Needs refinement

A basic torch with a flicker. My aim is to have it be carried by the player and light up the scene. So far there is a simple spritesheet that is looping and fading out.
